Creating a movement of Gospel transformation through multiple congregations.
It’s simple. We want to be a movement that actually witnesses people being transformed by the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. We believe that we are called to carry out that mission by planting many different congregations throughout the city of Nashville and beyond.

Our Granny White congregation has its own dedicated pastor who works in union with the other Midtown pastors and a single leadership team that serves all congregations. Our hope is that Granny White would serve to create intimate venue for people to hear the gospel, build Christ-centered community and grow in maturity.

At Midtown, our Sunday worship services are specifically designed for you to hear the gospel. In 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Paul declares and defines the gospel clearly: “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.”

Midtown is about the gospel – the gospel message is of first importance for us. Jesus is the hero of the story and the centerpiece of the entire Bible. The gospel invites us to follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus and go on mission with Jesus.
